How to check Sync is enabled

If Exchange Folder sync is not syncing please check the following location:
  1. From within Exchange Folder Sync slide out the Navigation Drawer
  2. Tap Settings at the bottom
  3. Tap Advanced
  4. Tap Open Account
The steps from here vary depending on your make \ model \ Android version.
  1. Tap Exchange Folder Sync
  2. Tap your email address
You should end up with a screen similar to below and you need to make sure any sync you use is slid to the on position.
